SWARNA BINDU is a women empowerment programme in Kerala that helps talented women turn their skills into sustainable livelihoods. Through focused training, mentorship and meaningful opportunities, we support aspiring Kerala women entrepreneurs in building confidence, strengthening their capabilities and achieving financial independence. As one of Bindu Jewellery’s women development initiatives in Kerala, SWARNA BINDU is committed to creating lasting progress for women, their families and their communities.

Identify & Welcome
We invite women to tell us about their skill, current work and what they hope to achieve.
Train & Mentor
Selected participants receive training and mentor support suited to their work and level of experience.

Women apply what they have learned to improve their craft, shape an offering, advance a passion project or work towards a clearly defined goal.
Promote & Recognise
Selected work and participant stories are shared through social media and other approved platforms.
