The programme was created after seeing how many women have useful skills and strong ideas but limited access to training, guidance or a market for their work.

SWARNA BINDU brings these needs together in one programme. It supports women who want to improve a craft, start or grow a small business, return to an old ambition or work towards a personal goal.
